This guy runs a loan service with pretty high interest rates. We have done business before and all went well. December I had a cash flow problem due to a number of circumstances and I had to use him again. As the new year started my business was slow, we spoke a couple of times and it came to a point where he now needed to sell the surety for money owed, which is sad but understandable. We asked Rob Ribiero to please take out the Ctrack tracking unit (mobile Unit) and boy did he had a bad attitude about that. I told him if they struggle I can send a tech from Ctrack to take it out, which he refused. I got the unit today, totally messed up, the tracking device part is missing, the wires have been cut! Why would he do that?? It is the property of Ctrack, something he can't use!! Just shows he has a bad caracter!
