I have had two vehicles with CTrack after numerous complaints that the unit drains my battery and no joy from Ctrack (midrand) branch I uninstalled the unit from the Terrano. I installed a brand new unit into my new vehicle HONDA CRV and voila the same problem occurs, as soon as I dont use my vehicle for a day the battery is depleted and I cant use my car, CTrack comes out and then claims nothing wrong with unit, I keep on replacing my battery. I then arranged that CTrack meets me at Battery Centre in Midrand and we proved to them as soon as the Ctrack unit is connected that the unit pulls 0.18ma instead of 0.02-0.05ma, that is nearly 10x more than it should no wonder that my car battery is flat after a day! After years of complaining we proved it! Now the trouble starts due to my history with Ctrack I dont want Ctrack installed in my vehicles as I am always left stranded due to battery drainage, they are prepared to uninstall but I must still pay untill the contract expires. I think that is ridiculous your product does not work and you expect me to pay for services not rendered.
