Can't get rid of ADT

My 82 year old mother moved home and cancelled her ATD armed response and monitoring (Account number 14479415). Her account was prepaid for the year up to the end of September 2013. I made two additional EFT payments on the 27th of September 2013 for the months ending Oct and ending Nov 2013, as my mom was moving home on 1 Dec 2013 (October payment reference Nedbank 2013-09-27/NEDBANK/000333308614 and November Nedbank payment reference - 2013-09-27/NEDBANK/000333308842). I sent the proof of payments to your "alwaysthere.c" e-mail and received a confirmation receipt, receipt number EFBC24552BA03. I received an e-mail from your Ms Sharon van Rooy on 14 October 2013 confirming that the ADT service will be terminated on 30 November 2013. This week my mom received an account from ADT dated 03 December 2013 stating that her account was 60 days overdue in the amount of R4121.31. Do the in your departments not communicate with one another? Correct your records. The account is fully paid till the end of November 2013 and the service has been cancelled as from 1 December 2013. Therefore the balance outstanding is NIL! My mom does not reside at that address anymore.
