Invoice for Alarm System

I bought a house in March 2012 and transferred the ADT security account from the previous owner to myself. Over the next couple of months I paid the monthly debit order. In January 2013 I realised that I had technical problems with my ADT security system, I phoned ADT and they send the technician, Paul to my house. I was informed upon contacting ADT by Megan, that there will be no call out fee, she said this is included in my fee structure. After Paul's inpsection he said that my alarm system never worked for a couple of months and he does not undrrstand how I could have paid every month, he also said I must take this up with ADT security and gave me an invoice of R2199, 43!! I immediatley phoned ADT and spoke to Megan on the 16/01/2013, she said she will take it up with the technical Manager and also asked my sales person why she never asked for an inspection of my ADT system when I moved in, she said she will e-mail me with the details, up and until today no e-mail received. Then on Thursday, 17/01/2013, I received an sms with the invoice number: J223631/1, for payment. I phone again and spoke to Norma Sithole, who promised same: refno: 17536836. I refuse to pay the fee!
