A few weeks ago I sent Hello Peter a message saying what terrible service we had received from ADT regards trying to cancel an account since July 2013 for my 85 year old father in law. ADT continue to deduct money every month from his account, (without providing any service) despite HOURS spent on the phone by us to try and cancel this account. The response from the Hello Peter message was that I would be contacted within 48 hours by the ADT "Team" to resolve this matter. It has been weeks and NO attempt by ADT has been made to contact me. ADT are an abusive company who are taking advantage of the elderly. DISGUSTING! APPALLING! Don't use ADT Security EVER, they are not security, they are the opposite, . Wolves in sheeps' clothing! They should be closed down by some or other ombudsman, if only I could find that authority.
