I am doing this on my daughter's account we didn't recieve a email after we loged in on Hello Peter for a new user.

on 08 jan I signed a contract on ADT and on 22 Jan I faxed a letter to 0861212505 to cancel my contract after my cooling down period.

Reason: They want me to put in a lockbox at my security complex (Magaliesvillas in magalieskruin) on my own account, they can't come into the gate if there's something wrong, the people that hires from me doesn't want to pay extra for the service per month. Alet said that if I want to cancel I have to pay a cancelation fee, I won't have to cause I did cancel in my cooling down period.

On 24 Aug they deduct R1624.00 of my account and my debit order was stoped at ABSA on the first.

I have proof of all the documents and faxes that I have send the company are not responding to my needs and requests as needed.
