To whom it may concern
Once again ADT Security's service is to provide non service. I have been complaining about their non performance last year. I felt that it was a breach of contract and that I should not be entitled to uphold the contract seeing that I had to phone them to respond to an emergency. Even though the panic button was used.
Subsequently ADT Security has said that they will look into the matter and their management team would contact me. Last week Wednesday I had complained on HELLOPETER of non response, however I did receive a message that their management team would respond within 54 working hours. This was on Wednesday morning. Its been more than 54 hours and still no response. I guess they are in line with the security service they provide - non.
Would someone at ADT please contact me and justify why I should pay my account? This is becoming a joke. This company is more interested in tying people to a contract but refuses to offer a service.
STOP BILLING ME FOR A NON SERVICE.
