After deciding not to pay unless installation was done correctly we were told that we were going to be blacklisted. We escalated the matter to Nadine we were told that there is nothing she can do about this. Then Heino threatened us further to come and pay (Via Email) saying that he will expose our business to our employers...
TODAY our ADT is completely not working at all, no feedback from ADT or any professional response at any given time. This is the WORSE experience I have ever had but the ironic thing is that they are a security service and have provided nothing that is in line with this in fact the opposite.
Will be taking this to the National Consumer Commission.
