Extremely bad service

I would like to point out that ADT Security, Johannesburg is taking advantage of the elderly. For the past 6 months My 85 year old father in law has been trying to put a stop to a debit order that ADT is taking off his bank account. Numerous phone calls to ADT in Johannesburg, many promises made and still the debit order is being deducted every month. How can a company that claims to provide protection be so flagrantly abusive? I will never recommend ADT to ANYONE. Their service is appalling, their attitude arrogant and their modus operandi abusive.
