On the 17th of December 2012 i had the unfortunate experience of having a vehicle breakdown on the freeway. i decided i would fix the problem myself and while i was attending to my vehcle i quickly realised that i was in danger because i noticed that freeway valtures where planning to rob me. i then pressed my tracker panic button at 9:48 and patiently waited for the call from tracker so i could ask them to send some roadside assistance. i waited to until these criminals realised that i had no help coming and they started making advances and i threatened them as best i could and they backed off i waited and stilll no call from tracker. i ended up using other means to have my car towerd off. Tracker then sent me an sms that my car was being towed at around 2pm and the sms prompted me to respond if i was aware that my vehicle was being towed at which point i did not as i was hoping that tracker will still call me to ensure that i was ok. Unfortunately to this day i did not receive a call from tracker. i could've lost my car and my life and tracker still wouldnt have done the only job whch is ensuring that my vehcle was safe. i pay these people in advance and this is the thanx i get.
