Called me and refused to locate my vehicle

Louw van Wyk (Divisional manager -Operations) spoke to me in an insulting and derogatory tone.
He instilled fear in me in the dark of night, in a dangerous area, refusing to give me locations. The Cyber-sleuth failed to give me a location on the website and never worked. He made all kinds of allegations against me. I called Customer Care, which takes 45 minutes to get through, many times over weeks on end and finally spoke to Nadia -Manager, who makes all sorts of promises and never responds to messages in fair time! I requested to terminate their services and they are hedging. She promised to get Harry Louw (MD) to speak to me and nothing has happened. I want to terminate my contract with them for Breach of Contract. Call Centre supervisors, like Rajen, Melvin and one other, have been especially nasty to me and personal, questioning me about my family. 5 years ago my car was in a House, while with Altec Netstar and up till today they have not given me a report and apologised, yet I remained with them. I have
been traumatised and terrorised and intimidated by their insensitive and callous attitude. It is shocking that Altec Netstar shirks their Responsibility.
