We have been using Netstar for more than 10 years, but their service is getting worse by the day. It takes about 5 months to repair a unit, they repair a unit 10 times before it actually works, their Vigil tracking unit hardly ever works. Their call centre doesn't reply to messages, its just an awful experience and I wouldn't recommend Netstar to anyone!!
