ADT No Service

I phoned them on 28/10/2013 to cancel my contract. They told me to send an email. I did. They responded days later and then told me it would be done. I requested them to repay, pro rata my admin fees and they said they would. I received no correspondence from them. This month they debited my account in stead of paying me my money back. I sent them an email yesterday regarding this and they have still not responded. I have not received any service from them in 3 years and the trend continues. definitely would not recommend them to anybody!
