I had cancelled my alarm with royal alarms a year ago and was still debited the beginning of November. i had called the company numerous times and spoke to the manager Clensy and asked whats the purpose of my acc being debited. After many calls and messages left for him i still got no response as to why my acc was debited nor was is it refunded! service is pathetic with such a company as Royal Alarms as the manager himself gave me no feedback what so ever! i would never recommend Royal to anyone as they have no customer intellect. they don't know how to deal with clients and they never call back with any feedback! company is useless!!!
