This morning has been the second time ADT has debited my account without my knowledge since i started doing business with them in June last year. They debited R345.80 from me this morning without my knowledge supposedly for admin fees owing in June 2012. I have an email stating that I would pay the installation cost and monthly fee - nothing about license fees etc. I also have a copy of the contract I signed and it says nothing about the admin fees - I paid R1299 as requested and since them my debits go off without hassles. A credit controller Habiba Jacobs (who was able to speak to me only once after the many calls I made this morning) seems to be completely unwilling to help me. I am livid by the disgusting service I have received regarding the accounting system at ADT. If I owe this said R345.80 - I want statements to show this, and a copy of my contract from them. I am willing to provide all email correspondence with the sales person including the contract signed. And do not want to deal with this credit controller because I consider her to be unhelpful and arrogant!
