I am a loyal customer of Matrix Mixtelematics with years of good service, but recently I lost my car in an accident on 14 Sep 2013 and on 18 Sep 2013 I sent an email to [Email Removed] to cancel my subscription for RST866GP Toyota RunX but it seems that nothing has been done since I am still being debited. I have spoken to 5 different people and none of them have done anything about it. I spoke to Charlene Feris, Teboho, Sifiso Mhlobo and Jason Moses to name a few, yet I am blatantly debited for a car which I am not in possession of. Reversing the debit orders is creating a bad credit profile for me and it is just because someone is incapable of performing their work. I am very appalled by this and I always receive good service by Matrix. If Matrix would like for me to remain as their loyal customer, they better sort out their cancellations department as they cannot perform their jobs.
