Disappointed with service, still waiting for technical service for the last 3 weeks to repair my faulty alarm system. Spoke to call centre, and managers. Every time speak to one person, then referred to another. My bank account has already been debited, but no service delivery, What's wrong ADT?? There is always an excuse and always they will come back to me which never happens... or the latest is there is no stock... please... it is either you can deliver or not!!!
