I signed a contract with Matix and for almost 3yrs MAtrix has been deducting at least R60 extra each month from my account. I have been querying this via email and telephone for almost 3 yrs but Matrix has not dealt with the issue- they do not respond to my emails or return my calls. I called again recently andf they said they will consider reducing the premium for the furture debit orders as per the contract I signed, but they cannot refund me the extra premiums that were deducted (their error) over the approximately 3yrs, even though the signed contract is my proof and they are in breach of contract.
I see many bad reports about matrix on this website (morre than 120 in the past year), which shows this bad service is commonplace for Matrix.
