More than a month after I have sold my vehicle, phoned Matrix TWICE, sent and cancellation email and confirmed receipt telephonically Matrix still sends me texts messages every time this vehicle moves. Seriously. Don't you get the MESSAGE? DISCONNECT me from you system. I AM NO LONGER A CLIENT! The debit order for payment doesn't even go off any more. PLEASE MATRIX. LET ME GO.
