Last night I was out with my parents. The motion sensors inside the house went off, and we drove back to sort it out. (We got a notification from a neighbour). In all 15 minutes, ADT did not so much as phone us. 15 minutes is all it takes to break in and rob a residence. This is not the first time this has happened. What on earth are my parents paying you every month for?
That's not all - I phoned them immediately afterwards to ask why they did not show up or phone us when our alarm went off, and I did not even get to speak to an operator. I held for five minutes and hung up. You don't take your client's phone calls, maybe you will pay attention on hellopeter.
ADT is a useless security company. We don't pay you to enable break-ins; we pay you to prevent them. Since you can't do your job I am going to recommend to my parents that they end their contract with you.
