ZGS is a security company claiming to keep the Montana area safe of crime - with a full alarm installation and a response time of under 4 minutes on all their ads. We are paying customers, having had the alarm from ZGS for over 1 year. In the past 12 months, our alarm tripped twice - on both occasions we waited 12 minutes, NO RESPONSE! After 12 minutes we phoned ZGS to come out, querying why it took so long (Yes, they didnt phone us, they didnt respond!). After my husband had a conversation today with Dennis (owner) after our alarm sounded for quarter of an hour, he got told to resign ZGS, take a walk, and get himself another security company, after Dennis dropped the phone in his ear! Dennis, are you even aware of the fact that a whole family can be killed in under 12 minutes?!
