We had a break in early October and we pressed the panic button/alarm 5 times and it took ADT more than 30 minutes to send out a response vehicle-shocking as we pay them to come out and help in a case of emergency. I have waited since the day of the break in for feedback from them as to the pathetic response time-I see on the internet etc that there are many complaints... Thank you to the SAPS that came out within 20 minutes from calling them
