The contract I signed with ADT in 2009, clearly states that Annual Radio License fees will be deducted on 1 January of every year. ADT has been in breach of their own contract every year - they deduct the fees in November. Every year, I phone them in October, reminding them that the fees are not allowed to be deducted in Nov, but only JAn as per contract. After 4 years, they are STILL UNABLE to honour their OWN contract. I am sick and tired of this.
I also left 4 messages for the credit controller, Jonathan King to call me back. Guess what - another promise they cannot keep. When I did get hold of him yesterday, he made promises that he will phone me today before lunch, well... he left the office early today. Go figure. ADT JUST CANNOT HONOUR ANYTHING THEY PROMISE.
TIME TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND FIND A RELIABLE SECURITY SERVICE.
