ADT are saying I still have about 14 months for my contract to expire but fact of the matter is ADT has been failing to honour the contract agreement. Mr M Coetzee say that they will sort out the issue with their call centre to ensure that they respond to the alarm as instructed but this is the same promise I get everytime. Not being able to get this right over and over again qualifies as breach and i would like to exercise my right to cancel the contract in light of their continuous breach
