On 30 September 2013 I reported the fact that Chubb Alarms staff are ignoring my request to refund the R350 that was paid over to them in error. On 01 October 2013 a received a reply from Alta Roux who stated she will inform the responsible manager for my matter.
She is again like the rest of Chubb alarm staff that will on behalf of their company.
I am at the stage where i want nothing to do with all staff of Chubb Alarms.
