I have been with Netstar since 2007 and started having problems with your service last year. It started with multiple emails from Customer Care to Zetu (Accounts Department) to rectify a credit note as I was being charged for two devices on one car as contract had not been cancelled.
Yesterday I had to wait in line for 8 minutes for Customer Care to answer my call. When I mentioned this to Mashudu she said that she cannot take responsibility for the actions of others.
Netstar your service is PATHETIC. What is going on with you? Don't even know why I have a device fitted as do not get much discount on my premium for having it. Device runs down my car battery so have too have it off most times.
