I have a 2nd hand Landrover Freelander 2 which I bought about a year ago. The car's battery is loosing amps when its not running. I had the car checked out by a Mechanic (Car Service City) and they could not find anything worng with the battery but mentioned that it could be an electical device like a tracking system. After doing some reasearch I found that Netstar System is notorious for causing this problem (Back Up battery fails after 2 years). I contacted Netstar on their customer care line and after alot of wait I eventually came through. The Lady who helped me firstly stated that they do not think its the tracking device but promised to email me documentation etc as well as Appointing a Field technician to assist me. This was Wednesday 27 Jan. I havent heard anything since then and it has become a daily routene to jumpstart my twice a day. It is so frustrating!!!
I also tried Their branch in Hatfield who where just to busy to help and and therefore chased me away like a beggar. Why is Client service dead in the countrly???
