Unethical invoicing/ lack of support

I have been with ADT for 11 years. I was in a financial dip in August 2012. I contacted them to review my account or I will have to terminate services. Retanya Hendicks confirmed via email in October 2012 a revised price which was not honoured. Nevertheless I continued to pay. I also address the issue with Tania Gelden and still no joy. In June 2013 I put a stop on the debit from my bank account. I then send a mail asking for my services to be terminated. I am receiving invoices and I have address these invoices with the credit controller Khethukuthula Ngwenya detailing my request, numerous emails and phones calls still no joy.. I personally have no issues with the operational service and was very satisfied to the extent that my spouse has since reconnected and upgraded our security system with ADT on her name. I need my account to be sorted out please.
