No service delivered, but charged

In 2012.Adt`s Sales person Carlisle Jensen came to sell us the ADT security system. On 11 April 2012, I sent him an e-mail to say that we are not in a financial position to have the alarm system installed as I am unemployed. On 1st June this year, my husband went through his bank statement which he never does and realised that ADT has been deducting money from his account via a debit order. He went into the bank the Monday thereafter to draw a statement and realised that they have been deducting money since April 2012 and no services from ADT has been rendered at our home. No security system, no panic buttons, nothing. I spoke to Natasha Goliath at the accounts department about this matter, she could pick up from their side that no installations has been done but yet we have been paying for the services. On 14 June I received a mail from her saying on 10 June she sent the documentation to JHB and it will take 4 to 6 weeks to reimburse us. I personally feel that they messed up so why must we wait for our money back into our bank account. Yesterday morning I spoke to Sydney at the JHB accounts department, she was gonna get me someone senior to call me back, I`m still waiting.
