Incompetent Credit Control

I had an ADT alarm installed last year in September 2012, The payment went through in October. A few months past & they had still not allocated the payment. Fast forward to a year later & the payment has still not been allocated & yesterday without my consent they decided to deduct the money from my account sending my account into overdraft. It's really frustrating to experience such incompetence, just how difficult can it be to allocate a payment? I sent through the proof of payment to mphuthi in February already.
