I am really appalled to say the least about the way Tracker treat their customers. I have paid the same invoice twice in two consecutive months and every time i try to get answers from them no one seems to know what is happening with my query. I logged a query on 15 November 2013 and nothing has happened and when i called the call centre yesterday i spoke to a lady called Mpotseng and she promised to call me back but never did.

I need this resolved ASAP.
