Lack of response

We had ADT around to do some work. One of the items that they needed to fix is still not working correctly and therefore the alarm goes off like twice a day because of the fault item. I have sent numerous emails to our sales manager but after almost three weeks, we have had no feedback from ADTand the item that is outstanding has still not been fixed despite the fact that we have paid for it. I am a very unhappy cutomer!
