Extremely bad customer service

I've requested a quote and once the stock was confirmed I placed and paid for the order. It was supposed to be sent the following day. After numerous emails and telephone calls the items were shipped 5 days later. All the excuses in the book were used, from email problems to website problems to supplier problems - you name it. Then upon arrival one of the items was not included in the parcel. I contacted Shaen-Claude and he confirmed that the supplier made a mistake and that they will arrange for the missing item to be sent. Needless to say I've been contacting them daily since then, every time the manager tells me that he will get back to me with the tracking details, but never does. Today is day 12 after I was told that the outstanding item will be sent and I am still waiting for the tracking information. In the mean time I've requested 2 more quotes for more goods and neither of the quotes were given without me having to follow up a day or two later. Their prices are good, but their service is terrible. I don't know if and when I will receive my outstanding item.

This is just a warning: Think twice before you order something from them.
