I refer to November's invoice received. Please advise on the amounts raised - I recently wanted to cancel my service agreement with ADT as the agreement period lapsed (3 years) - a lady from ADT named Lisa phoned me and advised that my monthly fees will be reduced to R280.00 effective November if I reconsider my cancellation - I did accept her proposal. I was also told I would receive a month free as well - what happened to that - I effectively thought the free month would be nice to help lighten the burden of having to pay the annual antenna fees on top of the monthly fee - this also influenced my decision to stay with ADT?
I received the following SMS in October - it reads:
"ADT Pretoria" Dear ADT client your monthly fees have been reduced to R280.00 effective November. Thank You"

What happened to all the promises? Kindly revert back to me in this regard as soon as possible if you don't mind. I've been a loyal client for 3 years now - never missing payment...
