Still no Customer Feedback

It has been three weeks since my complaint on HelloPeter.

They came back quite quickly to say that somebody will phone from Customer Service. Somebody did phone but were unable to resolve my query.

Since then, nobody is able to assist.

As per the previous complaint, I am not receiving any service from Cell C, and are still being billed on a monthly basis for this.

Please resolve!!!
