In reference to my complaint on Monday 13 May...
I cancelled my Altech Netstar contract on 30 January 2013. I received a mail from them confirming that I will not be liable for any further payments, yet I am still receiving statements and sms' stating that my account is in arrears. My question is how incompetent are they? Are any of their systems linked? Can one department not sync with another to sort this out? How long will it take to resolve this matter? IT IS MAY ALTECH NETSTAR, MAY!! If you can't count, which I doubt since you can't even work you own systems, it's been 4 (four) months. What would you like for me to do to resolve this because clearly you are unable to do so? I spoke to a team leader in customer service (several times), as well as accounts (several times) and still this is not resolved. It's starting to look like Altech Netstar enjoys having a bad rep for horrible service and incompetence!! Until this gets resolved I will keep writing complaints and informing South Africa of your incompetence. Sort it out please!! ASAP!!
