Problem 1: October 11th, I saw a sales consultant but installation took place almost a month later
Problem 2: The Keypad installed is not the one on the installation agreement
Problem 3: Installation agreement and invoice state one price (with vat) but a debit went off for 30% more.
Problem 4: logged query regarding problem 3 with no feedback 9 days later (when I follow up they keep saying they will get back to me, this after waiting /- 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone)
Problem 5: Documents state 1st debit to go off on 31 Dec but now received an sms stating that the debit will be 29 Nov.
5 issues and I have not even had your service for a month?! All I ask is that you keep to the agreement signed between your company and myself. You are in breach of contract law as well as CPA and I expect due diligence in correcting your errors.
