1st Incident: I am recently appalled by the service I am receiving from Blue Security. I had a went out on a Friday night and I had called Blue for an escort, the agent had advised me 5-10 min, It took them over 15 min, I had to circle the area but I was awaiting for them to come. I therefore had to enter my premises and with no escort on into my yard. I called Blue to cancel them coming as they took to long to come. 2nd Incident: I had gone out and called Blue to escort me home again. But I was advised there were no vehicles available. I was advised both the vans were in custody of suspects. I don't understand why there two vehicles at one premises. When my house got broken into one vehicle had come by. Why is another client privileged more than the next? How do we use a service which is never available. I would never recommend Blue! Terrible Service.
