Disgusting service!!!

I have emailed on a few occasions and numerous times. Seems like once the sales people sells a contract, that's it, no after sales service at all. I have phoned in plenty times as well, but I have to explain my story 3 times over, before I get to the right department. I have been waiting for more than a week now for one simple invoice to be sptl in two (like the quotes I accepted) and for a credit note to be done (cause I paid for rubbish I didn't need). The alarm battery (brand new apparently) after one week, dead.
I've had issues with the sales department before where it took an agent over 2 weeks to even read my email, my request for a manager to contact me had been ignored as well. 1 week after having my alarm linked to them, and I am so tempted to cancel. If this carries on for the full lenght of my contract, I might just do it. Security is no flippen joke, but to Chubb it clearly is, if my power goes off, I don't have an alarm, due to people, not following through with requests. I don't want a customer service agent contact me, I better get a call from a manager asap, cause emails and phone calls to you guys doesn't work, so let's make my complaint public, maybe that works!!
