BAD RESPONSE FROM ADT SECURITY

My alarm at home went off today at 12:56 and only at 13:03 a agent of ADT call centre phoned to find out if everything is in order.
This 7-10 min delay is not acceptable!!
From my side a security company needs people that's handson with there job.
The agent "Fezile" did not even had the correct address and then another agent took the phone "Mpumi" and apologies for her collegue not having the correct address as she is a trainnee.

I want Management to explain to me why ADT takes almost 10min after my alarm went off to phone me if all is in order?
