The unit was installed on 25-26th Of October 2013. We tsted the unit on the morning of of the 31st it took the ADT respondent more than 40 minutes to find our offices. Only after returning to the guard house did he manage to find us.
Should this have been an emergency I shudder to think what would have happend. I have a receptionest that opens the offices in the morning on her own. Hence we put in what we thought was a reputable alarm with armed responce.
First week first incident and the worst experiance.
