I have been trying to get Chubb to service my keypad since February. However, clearly Suzanne is concerned about an arrear amount on my account, which so by the way, has nothing to do with the servicing of the keypad. So the tail of the story is, I am paying for a system/service that i can't use. To service the keypad, is not for free, I pay for that service too. As per the Consumer Act, I only need to pay for something that works, if I were to get the Ombudsman involved, everything will be done for free. Please advise if this is what I should do to get protected?
