FIX MY ACCOUNT

I got an sms from ADT last week threatning to suspend my servcoes due to non payment; I know I have been getting a statement every month from ADT and has thus paid accordingly.

I then phoned ADT to find out why they seem to think I owe them and the lady tells me that basically i have not paid from April 2013 to date.. I found this to be strange and nonsensical, retrieved my monthly statement and invoice and actually realised that the customer number that appears on my invoice which I get from ADT monthly is actually someone else's account. The name, address etc is mine just the number is not mine.

So as it now appears, I have been paying some one else's account and ADT has the nerve to ask me for proof of pament for all these months.. I changed bank accounts in July and as such cannot give them any proof prior to that.

I am in the last lap of my contract with ADT and if this issue is not resolved in the next 24 hours, I promise that this will just be the last straw and I will happily to go Beagle.. If you want to suspend or cancel my contract with you, pleas go ahead and stop me off.
