We are new customers and had a false alarm of our own mistake. We received 3 calls within 3 minutes before we managed to cancel our alarm service appropriately to give a correct cancellation. Excellent and professional and kind service. Well done ABC! We are very impressed and much reassured regarding the value of the service we receive!
