We signed contract with ADT (Pro-active) on 22 July 2013. They were very fast to bring the contract and to start with the installation, but we are still waiting for the gprs radio and the panic and ordinary alarm are switched on the system. The guards keep on telling us they can't trace the where the problem is when the alarm goes off, because our system is too old! We keep on phoning and they keep on promising to attend to the problem, without any success!
