I had an alarm installed on my insurances request. Sales guy came did a quote promised 2 months free first payment to take place 1 November as far as we were concerned.
September 1st comes and they take my debit order. Fine mistakes happen however it took over 2 weeks for a group of about 4 individuals to contact me. No one could help me on their call centre and my sales guy, his supervisor, the account lady nor client services could help me.
Eventually 2 weeks later Nico (ended off a very rude individual) gets hold of me makes me a deal over the phone sends me an email with a different deal. While talking to him telephonically I mention that his technician had damaged my wall while installing a panic button and that I expect them to fix this damage.
I have still to this day not heard a thing from him or anyone else for that fact. ADT customer satisfaction so far stinks I can only hope that I am not as dissatisfied with the security when I need them as I am with their admin side.
I have mailed Nico twice this week with no reply. If I could I would cancel my contract with them and go elsewhere. But my insurance insists on armed response and an alarm.
