My wife and I had a Adt alarm system installed at our home in June this year. A few days later we started receiving calls from adt saying that they are receiving panics from the house. We would receive at least two calls a day from adt regarding panics and each time those would be false panics as there was no alarm sound from the house. after complaining numerous times for about a month and threatening to take the matter further if the issue was not resolved, they finally sent technicians to fix the problem. On the same evening after the false panic issue was supposed to have been solved, we started getting calls again from adt. We have been requesting adt to send someone to look at this problem again and up to now nothing has happened. We are never at home and should a genuine alarm go off, we will never know because of the number of false panics they are getting. Please help.
