I have been a client of a reputable insurance company, and had a tracking device installed in my vehicle. When I sold the vehicle, I wanted the device to be transferred to my new vehicle which never happened cause the policies between the insurance company and where not aligned as I was informed by the insurance company that there is no transfer fee, they never got back to me and now I have to pay out the remainder of the agreement even tho I am not using the device since it is in someone else vehicle, their system is so improperly setup an I haven't even received a invoice for the amount of a statement? How can you charge me without any paperwork being submitted.
