Good day,
On 09/09/2013 at 11:10 am I spoke to a representative at your call center to discuss the cancellation / termination of my contracts with Tracker (as the effect of Tracker on my insurance premium is minimal).
I was told that I would be contacted within 14 days by a service representative to sort this out.
It is now over a month since my call, but I have not had any feedback.
I'm highly disappointed in the service received.
