We are receiving invoices that have no relation to our actual fee. We received a letter from their head of accounts telling us what our fee would be from September, we were invoiced over R150 more than advised. This has been happening for the last 4 months. Despite constant phone calls and emails and endless promises to look into it, we have had NO response from either Sharonese Pillay or Jessica Modise who are responsible for our accounts. I feel that something fishy is going on as we don't seem to be able to get any answer what so ever, except for a reference number. They ask you to rate their service after a call - and that doesn't work either!
